Retail returns
If you purchased a Snuggle Bug Baby Company product from one of our retailers, please contact them for information regarding their specific return and exchange policies. You will need to handle the return or exchange directly with the store where the purchase originated.
Online returns
If you purchased directly from us online at www.snugglebugbabycompany.com you may return non-sale merchandise up to 14 days from the shipping date for a full refund (less shipping charges). The product must be unused and include original tags and packaging. All sale and special order purchases are final, no refunds or credits are available on those items. For qualified returns, we will credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges).
To return an item, please e-mail us with the reason and items you will be returning. You are responsible for properly packaging the return package. We recommend you insure the package when you ship it to us.
Snuggle Bug Baby Company is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Gift exchanges
If you received a Snuggle Bug Baby Company blanket as a gift, first let us say “thanks” to you and your thoughtful friend who gave you the gift. Second, if you wish to exchange your unused baby blanket for a different style within the same Snuggle Bug Baby Company collection, we will do our best to accommodate your request within a reasonable time frame (gift exchanges subject to availability of stock). Simply email us with the details of your request.
